Amendment 0002: The purpose of the amendment is to reopen the solicitation, make changes to the quantities of all CLINs, and extend the due date for receipt of quotes to 10 September 2025 at 11:00 AM (EST) for this 2-year IDIQ requirement.

Amendment 0001:  The purpose of this amendment is to provide the government's response to vendor questions received.

The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office aboard Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) has a requirement to procure Chemicals to ensure safe clean potable water for the Water Treatment Plant and the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant aboard MCAS Cherry Point, NC, in accordance with the purchase description of the solicitation.

The proposed contract action is available for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325180. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://piee.eb.mil in order to invoice the Government and accept payment.

The complete Request for Quotation, including a detailed Purchase Description is attached.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

All questions relating to this requirement must be address to the Contract Department, Contract Specialist via email to patwanda.brown@usmc.mil by 19 August 2025 at 12:00 pm (EST), which will be answered by the posting of an amendment. Any questions received after the stated deadline will not be addressed.
