NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT UNDER A BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to acquire services to Replace the Chiller at MBS International Airport, Airport Traffic Control Tower (MBS ATCT), 8570 Freeland Rd, Freeland MI 48623 .
The Rough Order of Magnitude is between $100,000.00 - $500,000.00.
The FAA intends to award an Order to a given contractor under an Agency-wide Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Competitive offers will be solicited from Small Business concerns, in accordance with 3.6.1-1 NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and is not available for full and open competition.
