The following factors are listed in no specific order of precedence and will be used to evaluate quotations: Price Technical Past Performance Price Reasonableness: Will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12.204(a). The total quoted price, to include shipping costs, will be used in the price evaluation. Contract Award: In accordance with FAR 12.201-1(b), any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Government Purchase Order. The Purchase Order is the Government's offer to the supplier. A binding contract is formed only when the supplier accepts the Government's offer, either by providing written acceptance or through substantial performance.
