CLE ELUM RANGER DISTRICT CXT TOILET CLEANING SERVICES

The Solicitation is Amended. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, transportation, and licenses necessary to perform toilet cleaning at several recreation sites for the Cle Elum Ranger District.  The Contractor shall always provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all work is accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contract includes Base Year, along with Option Years.  Equipment and supplies furnished by the contractor shall be a quality and size commonly used by commercial firms in the service industry. THIS IS NOT A TOILET PUMPING SERVICE. 

Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Services are performed at several recreational sites within the Cle Elum Ranger District, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest.

Interstate-90 ----     2 Sites.  Map attached.

Cle Elum Valley— 8 Sites. Map attached.

Teanaway Valley—5 Sites. Map attached.

Manastash/Taneum Area— 5 Sites.  Map attached.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720.  The small business size standard is $22.0 Million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.  The Service code is S201 Janitorial Services.

The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with 1 base year and 4 Optional Years for a possible total of 5 years. Quoters must submit pricing for Base Year and all Option Years.  OPTION YEARS ARE NOT GUARANTEE. OPTION YEAR WILL BE EXERCISE DEPENDING ON THE CONTRACTOR’S PERFORMANCE THE PRIOR YEAR.

The period of performance will be:

Base Period                 05/01/2026 – 04/30/2027

Option Period 1           05/01/2027 – 04/30/2028

Option Period 2           05/01/2028 – 04/30/2029

Option Period 3           05/01/2029 – 04/30/2030

Option Period 4           05/01/2030 – 04/30/2031

However, the period of actual cleaning services will be 05/20/20XX to 09/11/20XX of each year.
