The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: Listed in order of importance: Technical/Warranty (ability to meet specifications and other requirements listed in the solicitation), Past Performance, and Price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
