COGNITIVE TESTING AND ASSESSMENT TECHNICAL CONSULTING AND ANALYSIS SERVICES

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with HUMAN RESOURCES RESEARCH ORGANIZATION (HUMRRO), CAGE 4D519, ALEXANDRIA, VA. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source.

Item/Service Description

Technical consulting and analysis services in support of research into cognitive ability and cognitive assessments for predicting operational performance. Work includes coding support for cognitive ability tests, development of data visualization tools, making recommendations on selecting cognitive assessments, preparing and analyzing collected data, and drafting reports describing the results of the research.

Delivery Schedule
12 months.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications.
