1. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. Contingent upon funding, the 161st Air Refueling Wing (161ARW) Base Contracting Office (BCO), Goldwater Air National Guard (ANG) Base intends to make a firm fixed price purchase order for the acquisition of a rack mountable radio bridge, and supporting equipment as described in the attached purchase description, JPS ACU-Z1 or equivalent or better equipment to that specified in the purchase description attachment, delivered Free On Board (FOB) Destination Continental United States (CONUS). New equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or “gray market” items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. 161ARW BCO will select the quote from a responsive and responsible quoter that will provide the best value to the Government at the lowest quoted price. The Government intends to select only one (1) Vendor to satisfy the entire requirement. The Government reserves the right to make a no-award decision.
