COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR GARDENING AND ANTENNA FIELD MAINTENANCE SERVICES USAGM PHILIPPINES TRANSMITTING STATION

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Update the time of the Site Visit to FROM: 8:00 AM TO: 10:00AM Philippines Time.  The date of the SITE VISIT: August 11, 2026 remains the same.
2. Update the 1 Statement of Work - Gardening and Antenna Field Maintenance Services, 1.1.1BACKGROUND/PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES, Section 2. Purpose(RFQ Page 7), to remove reference to "Janitorial Services" and replace with "Gardening and Antenna Field Maintenance".

This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice utilizing FAR Part 13 acquisition procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other request for proposals will be issued. This solicitation sets forth requirements for proposals for a contract to provide Gardening and Antenna Maintenance Philippines as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). Proposals conforming to the solicitation requirements will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation and award criteria set forth herein. Neither the solicitation nor any part of an Offeror's quote shall be part of the contract except to the extent expressly incorporated therein by the Contracting Officer. The Offeror's quote submitted in response to this solicitation shall constitute a firm offer. No contract shall be formed unless and until the Contracting Officer has countersigned the SF 1449 submitted by an Offeror and delivered to the Contractor a copy of the SF1449 with original signatures together with the contract reflecting the Offeror's proposed prices.
Note: The Government has scheduled a site visit at the USAGM PHILIPPINES TRANSMITTING STATION TINANG, CONCEPCION TARLAC for Tuesday August 11, 2026, at 8:00 A.M. Philippines Time. See Section 5.2 ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit for additional information.
