The services include but not limited to purchase, repair, inspect, diagnose, install, remove, and startup, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) systems and components located within the St Louis District boundary, additional areas may be added if mission needs require, counties that support the main navigation mission are listed: Missouri Counties of Monroe, Ralls, Pike, Lincoln, St. Charles, and Illinois Counties of Madison, Jersey, Calhoun, Green, Pike, Scott, Cass, Morgan and Randolph. This will primarily be used at Lock and Dam 24, Clarksville, MO 63336; Lock and Dam 25, Winfield, MO 63389; Melvin Price Lock and Dam, East Alton, IL 62024; Locks 27, Granite City, IL 62040; USACE Service Base, St. Louis, MO and the Floating Plant which may be located anywhere along the Mississippi River or Illinois River in the counties listed above.
