The purpose of this solicitation is to procure commercial products prepared in accordance with the streamlined procedures in RFO Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services), specifically utilizing simplified procedures under RFO 12.201-1.

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZZF) at Edwards AFB has a requirement for Glenair brand-name swing-arm strain reliefs and electroless nickel connectors to support flight test ground requirements for the 420th Combined Test Force (CTF).

Brand Name Restriction:
This requirement is restricted strictly to Glenair brand-name parts. In accordance with RFO 12.102(a), only this manufacturer's design meets the precise form, fit, and function necessary to maintain strict aircraft configuration control and flight safety. Quotes for substitute or alternate brands are technically unacceptable and will not be evaluated. Quoters must be authorized distributors of Glenair products. The approved Brand Name Justification is attached.

Evaluation Criteria:
A firm-fixed-price purchase order will be awarded to the responsible vendor submitting the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical acceptability requires quoting the exact Glenair part numbers, verification of authorized distributor status, and meeting the mandatory delivery terms of 60 Days ARO (FOB Destination).
