COMMUNICATION/NAVIGATION TEST SET

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp (CAGE Code 92606) on a sole source basis for the procurement of seven (7) Communication/Navigation Test Set(s), P/N 90000215, NSN 4920-01-709-0353 in support of the H-60 Domestic Program.

The Government intends to procure the above effort under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible source are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
