SR W0H9 US ARMY AVN & MISSILES CMD AMCOM FLEET MGT CENTER AFMC HOLBROOK RD BLDG 722 FORT BLISS, TX, 79916-5801 This requirement is an other than full and open competition. One contract will be awarded as a result of this requirement. The associated NAICS Code is 333912. The solicitation will be issued on or about 16 June 2025. This item is restricted to Transdigm Inc., CAGE Code: 81833, 4223 Monticello Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44121, because the government does not have suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Contracting Specialist for submission to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual basis for specific manufacturing location (CAGE).
