    Description

    This contract is required to provide maintenance, repairs, and replacement to various Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units servicing primary communications rooms. Units are located in various facilities on McChord Field at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), see Technical Exhibit 2 for locations. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall be accountable to the Government for all Contractor and subcontractor personnel and requirements.

    The Contractor shall supply all personnel, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to maintain, repair, and replace CRAC units as identified in the attached assessments and Part 5 of the PWS. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistent with industry standards.

    Estimated Period of Performance (PoP): 5 Years 

    Initial questions about this RFQ are due 2 May 2025 at 1200 CDT

    SITE VISIT will be on 9 May 2025 at 0900 PDT

    Questions after site visit will be due 14 May 2025 at 1200 CDT

    Amendment 2 Details Below:

    This amendment serves to formally notify interested parties of a second scheduled site visit. SECOND SITE VISIT will be on 20 May 2025 at 1100 - 1530 PDT. Questions after site visit will be due 23 May 2025 at 1400 PDT

    Due to the necessity of this additional site visit, the proposal due date is hereby extended to 4 June 2025.

    Amendment 3 Details Below:

    This amendment updates the Performance Work Statement (PWS) which replaces allprevious versions and incorporates revised checklists and unit information files. Theserevisions include changes to the "as-built" documentation for the following units:
    J00007; J00309; J00851; J01119; J01141; J01145; J01205; J01216

    Proposal due date remains the same, 4 June 2025 at 2:00 P.M. PDT.
