    The Concessionaire will provide Hot and Cold Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages to authorized patrons at the RAF Mildenhall Galaxy Club and catering for offsite locations. The Concessionaire will pay the NAFI 15% of GROSS sales per calendar month. Payment owed to the NAFI will be paid by the second business day of the month to include Concessionaire’s Settlement Report (totals sales receipt/tape) for the preceding month.
