The consultant shall have knowledge and experience designing AV spaces with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)/ Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705 and Telecommunications Electronics Material Protected from Emanating Spurious Transmissions (TEMPEST) requirements and compliance. The consultant shall also have knowledge of complying with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). All specified equipment must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant and any SVTC equipment must be on DISA’s Approved Products List.
