The project includes the demolition of the bituminous layer and installation of a new memorial pathway on top of the existing concrete sub-base. The pathway will include lights, memorial markers, planting and will terminate in a new memorial plaza. Supporting facilities include exterior electric service, security lighting, paving, signage, storm drainage, erosion control, and landscaping.
