Interested contractors are requested to respond to this notice by filling out and emailing completed questionnaire attachment to Angel Rivera Martinez email: a3rivera@bop.gov.  Responses must be received no later than May 8, 2026 @ 3:00pm CDT.  Interested vendors must also add their names to the Interested Vendors List for this posting in www.sam.gov Contract Opportunity (must be logged-in to your vendor account).

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for a project entitled Construct Powerhouse Bathroom, at the Federal Medical Center - Carswell (FMC Carswell), located in Fort Worth, Texas.

FMC Carswell is a federally owned facility located at J STREET BLDG 3000., FORT WORTH, TEXAS, 76127.  The project consists of the following: the provision of all necessary materials to Construct Powerhouse Bathroom and related components.

FMC Carswell is a United Stated federal prison for female inmates.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 332311 with a corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees. To be considered an interested vendor, you must possess this NAICS code in your www.sam.gov registration.
