This is a total small business size set-aside, a size standard of $19M. ***Entities must be registered in Sam.gov, and the Procurement Integrity Enterprise Environment (PIEE) in order to submit a quote in response to this request. Contact the PIEE helpdesk and not the Contracting Officer for any difficulties related to PIEE registration or all other technical difficulties.
