This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the inspection and service of the Contech Jellyfish filtration unit at the Lotts Center parking lot. This device is a listed stormwater management facility in DSCRs MS4 Stormwater Management Plan. This SOW satisfies DSCRs MS4 Permit Number VAR040001 Part I E 5 b that reads The Permittee shall implement an inspection and maintenance program for those stormwater management facilities owned or operated by the permittee.
