W912P825R0029 – Contractor/Concessionaire Contract for Food & Beverage Operations at The U.S. Army Corps Of Engineers, New Orleans District

This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 722310.

The work consists of establishing and operating a food service facility as described herein for the purpose of providing food, nonalcoholic beverages, and such other items as may be authorized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE or Government) through its Contracting Officer (KO) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contractor/Concessionaire Contract for Food & Beverage Operations (Contract). The Contractor/Concessionaire shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided in the SOW); and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described.

A Pre-Proposal Conference/site visit is scheduled at 11:00 am local time on 29 July 2025. NO OTHER SITE VISITS WILL BE SCHEDULED AFTER THIS DATE. Offerors will be required to email the Contract Specialist, Taylor Brandon at Taylor.H.Brandon@usace.army.mil with the names of the persons who will be attending the site visit no later than noon, 25 July 2025.
