Replace the entire drive train on the cooling tower cells. Drive train parts to be replaced include the fan shaft, bearings, sheaves, bushings, belt and motor. Replacement fan parts shall be factory provided and assembled and installed to match previously removed. After removal of the old parts, inspect mechanical supports for defects and report any findings, install of new parts, and verify proper operation and fan rotation after install is complete. The cooling towers for this project are all manufactured by Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC). Additionally, each cooling tower is equipped with a Baltidrive PowerTrain.
