The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), National Agricultural Library (NAL) has a construction requirement to replace two existing cooling towers, including demolition of existing towers and associated components, replacement of the structural steel support, provide a new control system fully integrated into the existing BAS, equipment commissioning, and training onsite personnel. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other attachments for this requirement. The project is located at USDA, ARS, NAL at 10301 Baltimore Ave, Beltsville, MD 20705.

SITE VISIT: A single organized site visit has been scheduled for 08:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday July 22, 2025. See Attachment 1 Section L.7 for RSVP instructions and additional information.
