    Description

    The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Carswell, Fort Worth, Texas intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a Cosmetology Vocational Training Instuctor which will be in accordance with the Statement of Work. The courses shall be instructed using classroom hours, with 6 hours of instruction per day or up to 30 hours of instruction per week. Course will occur Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M., excluding federal holidays. Hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the institution upon agreement with the Supervisor of Education.

    The BPA is anticipated to extend up to 12 Months from the effective date. The quantity of service required is estimated to be 1,500 session hours for the Performance Period. It is anticipated that the contractor will employ one (1) Cosmetology Vocational Training Instructor to fulfill the requirements.

    The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered.
