COUNTER UAS SYSTEM

Amendment 1 : Issued 16 Sep 25 @ ~9: 20 a.m.

This Amendment is to:
1.) Add CLIN 0004 for Two year hardware warranty.
2.) All other terms and conditions remain the same.

We have removed the "standard warranty' language requested in Line Item 1 and 2. and replaced the Solicitation and addded an SF30.  

The 7th Contracting Squadron is soliciting quotes for Brand Name Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS).This acquisition seeks commercial item solutions that meet the specific performance requirements outlined in the attached specifications. This solicitation is issued under NAICS: 334511 with a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

Quote submission requirements:
1. Technical Specifications of proposed items to be evaluated for technical acceptability.
2. A proposed delivery period must be stated.
3.This retuned SF 1449 (Must be signed and have a completed pricing schedule).
4. All Applicable Warranty Information must be included with the Technical Specifications documents.

Quote Submission Information:
Interested vendors must submit their questions no later than 10:00AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on 16 September 2025.
Interested vendors must submit their quotes no later than 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on 22 September 2025.

EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on best value to the Government with no ranking to include technical acceptability, price, and proposed delivery date. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the Brand Name salient characteristics in the attachment provided. By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.
