These services are necessary to ensure timely deposit of Federal revenues and continuity of IRS financial operations. The contractor shall provide secure, dedicated courier services including daily pickups and deliveries, peak filing season support, weekly cash deliveries, and on-call services. Services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable IRS security, disclosure, privacy, and safeguard requirements including the Privacy Act of 1974 and Internal Revenue Code Sections 6103, 7213, and 7431.The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror with the lowest evaluated price who can meet all the requirements included in the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is set-aside for small businesses.
