COVID-19 DISINFECTION SERVICES FOR 6 (SIX) OF THE CHICAGO DISTRICT, CORPS OF ENGINEERS FACILITIES

EFFECTIVE 23 JULY 2020, the government hereby publishes Amendment No. 0003, which responds to contractor's inquiries. 

EFFECTIVE 16 JULY 2020, the government hereby publishes Amendment No. 0002, which extends the due date for responses to July 24, 2020. 

EFFECTIVE 11 JULY 2020, the government hereby publishes Amendment No. 0001 under this Notice; also published is an excel spreadsheet format to be used as contractor's rate sheet (the information therein does not vary from the previously provided rate sheet, as was furnished in a pdf).

--This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12. Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing a solicitation package for the following services.

This acquisition ENTAILS establishing one (1) contract for “COVID-19 DISINFECTION SERVICES FOR 6 (SIX) OF THE CHICAGO DISTRICT, CORPS OF ENGINEERS FACILITIES.”  Please SEE SECTION C OF THE SOLICITATION FOR STATEMENT OF WORK DETAILS.

COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.

The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720, with a Small Business size standard of $18M.

The Request for Quotation package is downloadable from the INTERNET ONLY. The project information are Portable document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Interested Offerors can download the RFQ Package from this notice.

SUBMITTALS IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFQ: See Solicitation Section L of the Solicitation document.

WHERE TO SUBMIT:  Responses shall be furnished to Ericka D. Hillard, via email to ericka.d.hillard@usace.army.mil, no later than 5:00 P.M. CST on July 24, 2020.

ELECTRONIC FILES: Any electronic files (via EMAIL) CANNOT EXCEED this Agency's size limit of 20MB (includes email and the attachments); files exceeding this size will be denied access to the email inbox.

SPLIT OR MULTIPLE AWARDS WILL NOT RESULT FROM THIS ACQUISITION.

CONTRACT AWARD:  THE CONTRACTOR MUST FULLY COMPLY WITH THE DELIVERABLE REQUIREMENTS STATED ABOVE.  Of particular importance, the contractor shall fully complete the ENTIRE BID SCHEDULE, TAKING NO EXCEPTIONS, to be considered responsive to this Solicitation and eligible for a resulting award.  From this Solicitation, the government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced purchase order to the responsive and responsible contractor submitting the lowest aggregate price for all items included in the bid schedule.
