The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price Purchase Order. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to proposal submission.
