CROWNPOINT HEALTHCARE FACILITY - INVITRO DIAGNOSTICS, REAGENTS, TEST KITS, AND TEST SETS FOR THE ECHO LUMENA BLOOD BANK SYSTEM

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located  in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Werfen USA LLC to provide reagents, test kits and test sets for use with the Echo Lumena Blood Bank System.   

The estimated Period of Performance will be from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Werfen USA LLC. in accordance with GSMAR/R 538.7104-3(a) Exceeding MPT, but not exceeding the SAT. the ordering activity contracting officer must determine in writing that the circumstance of the acquisition deems only one source reasonably capable of providing the products, services, or solutions.  

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Werfen USA LLC. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Marshall Arviso,  Contract Specialist, at marshall.arviso@ihs.gov by 8:00 AM MST on Tuesday, January 28, 2024.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.   Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
