CST SOFTWARE RENEWAL

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: This procurement is a renewal for the existing four (4) seats of the CST Studio Suite software licenses, two (2) maintenance renewal of the Antenna Magus Professional, LAN license, and one (1) SPARK3D license and purchasing one (1) new Antenna Magus Professional license. This requirement is sole sourced to DS Government Solutions Corp 175 Wyman Street Waltham 02451-1223 Massachusetts United States as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to this being a renewal of exisiting software.  

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.  The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q0063 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.  Written responses to this notice shall be submitted by email to Amy Lamberth at amy.s.lamberth.civ@us.navy.mil
