CSU-23/P, ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY ANTI-G SUIT (23/P ATAGS)

Contract SPE1C1-25-D-0011 was awarded on December 4, 2024, to Vinyl Technology (Vinyl) for the CSU-22/P, Advanced Technology Anti-G Suit (22/P ATAGS) .  The 22/P ATAGS comes in a total of 11 sizes (ranging from size 0 through size 10).  This item requires Engineering Source Approval (ESA) by the design control activity at Robbins Air Force Base in order to maintain the quality of the item. Vinyl is currently the only approved source. The 22/P ATAGS are made in accordance with specification number HSW AT AGS-OO Rev. D, 30 August 2006, specification number 40470G-01KX-0 Rev. B and all applicable drawings. Contract SPE1C1-25-D-0011 is a firm fixed-priced, long-term Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a one (1) year base term and three (3), one-year option terms.

The proposed modification will add 250 units of the Crew Survival Unit (CSU)-23P, Advanced Technology Anti-G Suit (23/P ATAGS) to the base year of Vinyl’s 22/P ATAGS contract. There will be no change to the maximum contract dollar value of the contract.  The 23/P ATAGS is made in accordance with the samle specification number and applicable drawings as the 22/P ATAGS.  The suits’ construction is the same with the only difference being the valve that is used to connect the suit to the specific aircraft.

NSN 8475-01-695-2509: Size 5 – 58 each

NSN 8475-01-695-2508: Size 6 – 59 each

NSN 8475-01-695-2510: Size 7 – 26 each

NSN 8475-01-695-2512: Size 8 – 42 each

NSN 8475-01-695-2515: Size 9 – 42 each

NSN 8475-01-695-2513: Size 10 – 23 each
