    Description

    DeCA currently conducts two surveys to meet the DoDI 1330.17 mandate as well as a receipt survey designed to provide more frequent data.  The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) is an independent scientific effort to measure customer evaluations of the commissary, exchanges, and private sector industry; thus, it provides DeCA with a no cost methodology to index customer satisfaction to the grocery industry. 

    The attachment contains a list of questions regarding the above requirement. Responses are to be submittes via email to Christina Ellison at christina.wllison@deca.mil. Please also provide a synopsis of the program you offer with sufficient details as to convey the programs value supporting the above requirement.
