CXT VAULT AND SEPTIC PUMPING FOR CLEVELAND NATIONAL FOREST

This is a firm-fixed price Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a commercial service for CXT Vault and septic pumping for use on the Descanso Ranger District, Palomar Ranger District and Trabuco Ranger District at Cleveland National Forest. The combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 (effective date 06-11-2025).

This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 562991, septic tank and related services and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.0M. Solicitation 127EAT25Q0059 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award.

The Cleveland National Forest is soliciting quotes on a competitive basis for qualified organizations to enter a firm-fixed-price contract for CXT Vault and sceptic pumping services. Responses to solicitation 127EAT25Q0059 must be in accordance with specifications, which can be found in the attached documents.

Quotation submissions: Quote are due no later than September 22, 2025, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time to Fareedah Vaughn at fareedah.vaughn@usda.gov. Offers are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before the offer due date and time.

To avoid rejection of an offer, the offeror must make every effort to ensure its electronic submission is virus-free. Quotes, or portions thereof, submitted with the presence of a virus of which are otherwise unreadable will be treated as unreadable pursuant to FAR 15.207(c).

All questions shall be submitted no later than September 15, 2025 at 12:00pm Pacific Time to Fareedah Vaughn at fareedah.vaughn@usda.gov.
