CYP FALL CAMP 2025

The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)-AK has a requirement for commercial rental of a recreational camp for 23-26 October 2025 within 20 miles of Joint Base Elmendorf- Richardson Base (JBER) in Anchorage, Alaska. This program provides educational, recreational, and leadership-building experiences for youth ages 12-18. Please review requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). There is no small business set aside is required. NAICS is 721214

In order to be eligible for award, the successful offerors System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. 

Interested parties shall provide a detailed proposal sufficient for a thorough evaluation against the requirement of the solicitation and the attached performance work statement (PWS). The following elements shall be included in your response: Technical narrative, CLIN pricing, Proposal valid for 60 days and submitted by email no later than 1700 AST on 21 August 2025 to Alexis Potter at alexis.d.potter.civ@army.mil. Contractor shall have active SAM & WAWF accounts. Contractor shall complete SF1449, Past Performance References.

Questions will be due no later than 13 August 2025, 5PM Alaska Standard Time. Answers to questions will be posted as an ammendment to the solicitation.

This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Governemnts in under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponse and result in the rejection of the offer.
