CYPRES UNITS

1. Introduction

This is a Sources Sought issued for conducting market research and identifying potential sources. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). No solicitation is being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.

The purpose of this notice is to identify potential vendors, including small businesses, capable of providing specific Brand Name Activation Device Enhanced Connectivity Cypres items and Accessories to Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. 2. Requirement

IAW AFI 10-3503 Moddy AFB must utilize Cypres units see attachment 1

The Government has a requirement for the procurement of the following Brand Name EC CYPRES equipment:

- 0001 P/N: AAD2C1EC Desc: EC CYPRES-2 1-Pin Changeable (6EA)

- 0002 P/N: AADECCDC Desc: EC CYPRES Data Collector (2 EA)

- 0003 P/N: AADECCIRR Desc: EC CYPRES IR Remote (2 EA)

Note: This requirement is restricted to the brand name specified above to ensure compatibility and interoperability with existing mission-critical parachute systems. Justification is attached and will be attached in any future solicitations.

3. Submission Instructions (Capability Statement)

Interested parties capable of providing the aforementioned brand name items are requested to submit a capability statement. The statement must include the following information:

Company Information: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI).

Point of Contact: Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address.

Business Size/Socioeconomic Status: Indicate business size standard and any applicable socioeconomic categories (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB) under the applicable NAICS code.

Authorized Reseller Proof: A letter or documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Airtec GmbH & Co. Safety Systems, confirming that the respondent is an authorized distributor or reseller of EC CYPRES products.

Availability/Lead Time: Estimated delivery schedule or lead time for the required items.
