This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 811210. The Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition and Operation Branch in Denver, Colorado will solicit and award a purchase order to Evolve Technologies, LLC for ShoreTel IP Voice Communications Systems support in Colorado. The Government believes that only one responsible source can meet this requirement. The contractor shall provide all the required integration services and will include additional site license and maintenance support for all requirements issued under the contract.
Reclamation utilizes Evolve Technologies, LLC’s proprietary technical and design information for the set up and programming of the Mitel (formerly ShorTel) phone system. ShorTel used Evolve Technologies, LLC as a local service provider, this continued with the transition to Mitel. Switching service providers is not feasible or affordable given the proprietary technical information possessed by Evolve Technologies, LLC,
The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Robert Shedrick at rshedrick@usbr.gov within five (5) days of this notice. Any information received will be treated as market research information towards future similar or same requirements. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since this notice is not a request for proposal.
