PWS Paragraph 5.8 Optional Task 3 - Appeals Product Line Help Desk Support: Updated from a flexible firm fixed price optional task to now be specifically for the Appeals Help Desk requirement. Interested vendors are advised that VA is continuing to analyze additional acquisition strategies aimed at optimizing IT support services for benefits-related IT systems. This adjustment is part of VA s ongoing efforts to ensure alignment with future modernization objectives and improved service delivery. As part of this analysis, VA anticipates issuing additional RFIs and undertaking future acquisition actions for the Benefits Appeals and Memorial Services (BAM) Portfolio.
