Follow-up Update on Prior Sources Sought Notice REQUIREMENT: VA is seeking qualified vendors to provide and maintain a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Informed Consent Web Solution capable of documenting signature informed consent for treatments and procedures, advance directives, and other VA Forms, for all clinical specialties at all of VHA s 150 medical facilities located in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Philippines. In addition, the requirement includes project management, operations and maintenance support, and computer-based training for the proposed Informed Consent Web solution. All interested parties are notified that VA is still forming and refining the requirement and acquisition strategy. VA will post another notice when/if the acquisition strategy is finalized to inform industry of its intended acquisition approach.
