DDAG CRANE MAINTENANCE

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued to establish a hybrid Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M)
purchase order for preventative and corrective Maintenance on Government-Owned 80 TON Shuttlelift Gantry Crane
and Crane Rental Support at DLA Distribution Albany, Georgia. The Government intends to award one (1) purchase
order as a result of this RFQ which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.

This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. This solicitation is being
solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is J039
(Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment) and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)
code is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and
Maintenance) with a size standard of up to $12.5M.

Amendment 0001 is hereby incorporated as of 11/20/2025.  This amendment adds "Tab 3 - Certification and Insurance" to the requirements of "E-File I - Technical Quote". 

Amendment 0002 is hereby incorporated as of 11/20/2025.  This amendment is to add four additional attachments to the solicitation and resulting award.

Amendment 0003 is hereby incorporated as of 12/10/2025.  This amendment answers any questions submitted by potential vendors.

Amendment 0004 and Attachment 9 are hereby incorporated as of 12/10/2025.  This amendment provides details and instructions of how to attend the site visit on Monday, 12/15/25.

Amendment 0005 is hereby incorporated as of 12/17/2025.  This amendment answers any questions submitted on or before the question due date of 12/08/2025, and incorporates Attachment 10 and Attachment 11.  It also incorporates the updated version of the PWS attachment with removed CUI markings.
