The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is soliciting information from potential qualified sources to support a potential requirement to analyze compressed breathing air for divers, damage control personnel and aviators worldwide.
The attached DRAFT Statement of Work specifies the requirements for this effort. This Sources Sought announcement is to identify sources capable of providing support for this effort. The information received will be used for planning purposes to help determine if the requirement can be fully or partially set aside to small business concerns. The NAICS code is 541380, Testing Laboratories. A firm-fixed-priced (FFP) blanket purchasing agreement or indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. Small businesses are encouraged to submit their capabilities. The resultant contract vehicle is anticipated to be for a base period of 12 months with four one-year option periods of 12 months each. The anticipated NAICS code is 541380 - with a size standard of $23.5M. the PSC Code is B502.
