    EXPRESSION OF INTEREST The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest to lease approximately 13,263 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Square Feet, not to exceed 15,014 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of Medical Outpatient Clinic and Office space in the area of Oakland CA. The location to include 60 parking spaces. NOTICE: the Government currently occupies leased medical office space in Oakland CA that will be expiring. This is not a solicitation for offer, nor a request for proposals. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise, the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime etc when deciding whether it should relocate. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this adverticement.
