    This is a Design-Build project. Design scope shall include design progression submittals from 35% through Issue for Construction (IFC). Design shall cover the work required to renovate the interior of Building 2263 (B2263), correct interior and minor exterior deficiencies from previous renovation efforts, installation of a standby generator, and various site work items. The building is classified as historical, so shall require review and approval of applicable design elements through appropriate historical agencies. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor and materials, design as well as construction, installation, and performance in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) for B2263. All Attachments and Appendices will be uploaded to SAM.gov. Amendment 0001: This amendment is to extend the Questions and Assumptions due date from five (5) calendar days to seven (10) calendar days after the site visit scheduled for 22 May 2026 at 0830. All Questions and Assumptions must be submitted to the POCs of this solicitation as soon as possible, but no later than 1400 Central Time on 1 June 2026. Attachment 01 has been amended, and changes are in green font. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this Amendment is to update the Site Visit date to Tuesday, 26 May 2026 at 0830. Questions and Assumptions will be due ten (10) days following the site visit. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this Amendment is to add another Site Visit. An additional organized site visit will be conducted Thursday, 11 June 2026 at 0830 Central Time. Participants will meet at 2484 Stanley Rd, B2263, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. Please submit bases as soon as possible, but no later than Thursday, 28 May 2026 at 12:00, Noon, Central Time. Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this modification is the following: (a) Incorporate responses to RFI received on 5 June 2026 at Attachment #16 (b) Incorporate updated Addendum to RFO 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors at Attachment #1; and (c) Incorporate updated wage determination to TX20260231 R1 - 5.18.2026 at Attachment #13.
