Project Description:
BNL is seeking an engineering firm to develop a comprehensive 15-Year Utility Master Plan (UMP) that will establish strategic objectives, performance targets, and a prioritized investment roadmap to support the Laboratory’s current and future utility infrastructure needs. The UMP will assess the capacity, condition, reliability, resiliency, redundancy, and regulatory compliance of BNL’s existing utility systems and evaluate their ability to meet projected campus growth and operational demands.
