ALL COSTS MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR BID Attachment 1-Technical Capability document must have the box checked yes or no and it must be filled in at the bottom with signature and date. The description of this Sole Source Brand Name item is on the Technical Capability Statement and is in the extended discription of CLIN/LINE ITEM 0001 under Section E within the Request for Quote(RFQ). The attached Request for Quote #N4215826QE0530001 must also be filled in and signed. All items should be submitted electronicaly to: john.e.faircloth2.civ@us.navy.mil. All bids are due by 2 June 2026 by 1:00pm eastern standard time.
