DIGIT MULTI-METER

The U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) has a requirement to provide twenty (20) Digit Multi-Meters that will be used for a four (4) binding post short for high-accuracy of DC/Low-Frequency calibration from twenty (20) Digit Multi-Meters that will be used for a four (4) binding post short for high-accuracy of DC/Low-Frequency calibration from IET Labs, Inc., as the original equipment manufacturer. This solicitation, PANRSA-25-P-0000-014495, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone (ACC-RSA) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to IET Labs, Inc., 99 Powerhouse Road, Suite 302, Roslyn Heights, NY 11577, Commercial and Government Entity Code:62015. This action is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), When the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source, or, for DoD, NASA, and the Coast Guard, from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, full and open competition need not be provided. Under the authority of (FAR) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), this action is directed towards IET Labs, Inc. The solicitation is issued as a RFQ to IET Labs, Inc. only.  All documents pertinent to the requirement will be provided directly to IET Labs, Inc. in a separate document.
