DMDC ITPS BPA CALL ORDER 22: ENTITLEMENTS AND BENEFITS MAINTENANCE AND MODERNIZATION SERVICES SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION

Entitlements and Benefits (EnB) manages applications supporting real-time determination of eligibility for Department of Defense (DoD) entitlements and benefits, including medical, dental, life insurance, education, and commissary programs, as well as Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) activities such as Exchange privileges and recreational activities. Under this requirement, DMDC aims to ensure that EnB systems and applications are fully compatible and integrated with current software and hardware within DMDC across all operating environments and that they are fully functional for external users and stakeholders to the greatest extent possible. The contractor will support the full range of software development lifecycle IT services, such as development, modernization, and enhancement across EnB programs, ensuring uninterrupted service of existing applications, integrating other systems and related software.
