This procurement is a brand name/sole source procurement of the dormakaba Ilco Front Desk Unit (FDU) a stand-alone all-in-one access management electronic door lock system (not connected to any information network and does not require an integrated OS). Procurement of the dormakaba 790 Series RFID Door Locks compatible with the FDU, providing full access management, RFID Key Card encoding and lock programming auditing in building 26 Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD).
