Department of Veterans Affairs - Positive Airway Pressure Devices and Accessories Recompete

This solicitation is a draft; hence no proposals are being requested or will be accepted in response to this draft solicitation.

An Industry Day is scheduled to follow this draft RFP to allow industry an opportunity to address questions and or concerns related to this draft solicitation. The Industry Day will include NAC, CSAS Contracting, PSAS Program Manager, Subject Matter Experts and other government stake holders who helped develop this requirement.

Each company will be allotted one hour and forty-five minutes in a one-on-one basis to discuss topics related to their inquiries and concerns. Please provide all questions and concerns in written form to Jonathan.saiz@va.gov NLT 10/13/2025.

Please RSVP for this industry day NLT 10/03/2025, with the names and titles of all who plan to attend.

            Time: 09:00am – 03:30pm MST

            Location: The industry day will occur via teleconference. The phone number will

                            be provided once the company is RSVP’d, as will the schedule.

Please note that while all questions will be heard, not all questions may be answered if the answer gives the perspective of contracting integrity concerns. Answers to questions will be provided in an amendment to the draft solicitation NLT 11/15/2025.

All attachments are imbedded in section D, please do not fill out the attachments as no proposals will be accepted.
