SYNOPSIS-

Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG) Strategic Commercial Purchasing has a requirement for Dual-Channel, 16-Bit, 250-MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converters & Quad DC/DC step-down micromodule regulator with 4A per outlet. Same or equal to part #s ADS42JB69IRGCT and LTM4644EY#PBF.

NAICS Code for this procurement is 423690.

Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG) Strategic Commercial Purchasing, located in Batavia, Illinois is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial, single award contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

FFDG intends to use full and open competition to award a firm fixed purchase order. This is an all-or-non requirement, and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed within this solicitation.

2) PART # LTM4644EY#PBF | 4X0.6-5.5V, Analog Device | QTY 32 EACH

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 9/29/2024. Such capabilities /qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

FERMI Strategic Commercial Purchasing will be the procuring center for this effort.

All equipment and or services are to be delivered F.O.B. Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab), Batavia, IL 60510, Freight prepaid (delivered).

The following Representations must be completed and returned with your proposal.

•           SARC – Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs

•           PUR-466 – Proposal Certifications

The RFP response shall include a completed RFP page include a price, with a completed SARC and PUR-466.
