EDRM - ENHANCED DROGUE ROCKET MOTOR

NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis in support of the CAD/PAD program office. The estimated award date is approximately Sept 2026. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This will be sole source to Rockwell Collins; CAGE Code: 13499. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately March 02, 2026. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firm listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Qualification package required for those contractors who are not already qualified (See FAR 52.209-1). Unless determined to be in the Government’s interest, award of this anticipated contract shall not be delayed to permit an offeror to submit evidence of qualification.
