The space must be available for occupancy by February 1st, 2026. The Delineated Area is as follows: North Montana Avenue East Berryville Street South Cesar E. Chavez Border Hwy West Airway Boulevard Expressions of Interest (proposal with supporting evidence) must be submitted to the Contract Specialist by email by 3:00 pm MST Friday, May 23rd, 2025. Responses after this date will not be considered.
